High strength bolt fastener is a general purpose, non-removable thread retainer and sealant. It is used in nuts and studs up to 25 mm diameter. It is resistant to leaks, corrosion, many different chemicals, fuel oil, and gases. It is a product that can be easily selected with its green color and can be applied easily. It eliminates the use of welding and double nuts in the connections. It also allows filling of casting cavities. It is used in medium-sized gears and does not require periodic disassembly.
Before assembling the male and female parts, clean them with an absorbent cloth or tissue to thoroughly remove the cutting oil. -Apply the adhesive 360° to the first 3 threads of the male and female parts. Wipe excess product in the direction of the teeth with an absorbent cloth or tissue. Assemble the parts and leave at 22-24°C for 24 hours to ensure full cure. To disassemble, use hand tools to separate the assembled parts. If disassembly is not possible at room temperature, apply district heating until it reaches 250 °C and disassemble while hot. Next, mechanically clean any remaining cured adhesive and clean the parts with a suitable solvent, eg acetone.
